I love this new website called exercise.lbl.gov.  You can virtually walk across America and check out the scenery as you make your stops.  You enter your miles for each day walked.  Your information is saved and recorded onto your calendar on the website.  There is an option to be emailed when you cross each state line.  You can go by your user ID number or your first name.  Hmmmm….!!!!

I’ve noticed that it is now after midnight, but I’ll finish this post with the same title that I began with .  When I began this blog, I decided to just use the date for my post titles.  It’s just simpler.

There are 2 more websites that are interesting to me.  I will note them here.

I went to the animal clinic to get my minpin, Taz,  some pain medicine.  He is having growing pains.  He is so hyperactive sometimes that he overdoes it and does something to his back leg muscles.  This is the third time I’ve had to get pain pills for him.

Yesterday I went online and discovered Don Marco – the master crayon artist.  It is so cool that those pictures are all done with crayons!!!!  I would love to try this.

My Woman’s Day magazine suggested a great website.  I checked it out this morning.  It’s called Exercise TV.  It has many videos that you can freely watch.  They have some notable trainers doing the exercise workouts.  I believe you might have to sign in to access the videos.  I was ecstatic to see that Michael Carson, a great workout trainer, had some videos that you could watch on the site.  I own a DVD of him and Carmen Electra doing a cardio workout.  I’ve used it many times over the past few years.  I’m looking forward to getting some very needed cardio and strength exercise this week.  This will be fun and a great change of pace.
